Remember this Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Febie, owner of Ridgeland Physical Therapy, will be conducting an Incontinence seminar and at 11:00 a.m. Ray Jones, 3-time National Weightlifting Coach of the year, will be conducting a Strength Seminar.

Last week we saw some really good progress on Doubles Unders.  
Obviously this was not one of them, but they put in a great effort. 
Scale today's WOD as needed!

Arm/Leg Swings

10-50 DU’s or Singles

10 Kipping Glides

10 DB Straight-leg Deadlift

10 DB Press

MOD (12:00 max)

Strict Press

5-5-5-5-max reps

same weight for all sets, 4 sets of 5 than a max rep set of Strict & Push Press

10:00 AMRAP of:
30 Double Unders

15 Power Snatches, 75/53#
Scale the DU's to a number that challenges you, just don't automatically do singles
