Remember this Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Febie, owner of Ridgeland Physical Therapy, will be conducting an Incontinence seminar and at 11:00 a.m. Ray Jones, 3-time National Weightlifting Coach of the year, will be conducting a Strength Seminar.
Last week we saw some really good progress on Doubles Unders.
Obviously this was not one of them, but they put in a great effort.
