How high up the ladder can you go up in 9 mins of:1 Power Clean (135/83) 1 Pull-up
2 Power Cleans2 Pull-ups
3 Power Cleans3 Pull-ups...
For Rx+ use 155/103 & do Chest To Bar Pull-ups.
