If you participated in the Paleo Challenge we'll be taking your ending weight, measurements, and photo Thursday and Friday afternoon during the 4:30 and 5:30 WOD's.

Arm Swings
Leg Swings 
Ab-mat Sit-ups
DB Press
DB Straight-leg Deadlift

Practice kicking up to a Handstand(free or wall), HSPU's (strict or kipping), Handstand Walks(free or along the wall)

If you missed yesterday your WOD is the CrossFit total

Everyone else complete the following:
How high up the ladder can you go up in 9 mins of:
1 Power Clean (135/83) 
1 Pull-up
2 Power Cleans

2 Pull-ups
3 Power Cleans

3 Pull-ups...

For Rx+ use 155/103 & do Chest To Bar Pull-ups.
