Ab-mat Sit-ups
20 Du's or 50 Singles

Get upside down!
Handstand on the wall
Free-standing Handstands
Handstand walking practice

3 rep max Bench Press
3 rep max Deadlift
(if you need a spot on the 2nd rep you're too heavy)
