I hope I don't have a bunch of cherry-pickers on my hands!

Runs are together, one person works at a time, break the reps any way you want, but they must be split evenly, i.e., each person must complete a total of 21 Swings before moving to the pull-ups and a total of 12 Pull-ups each before starting next round.
