Whether you’re looking to lose weight, gain strength, improve performance, be more healthy, or just look good in a bathing suit proper nutrition is the foundation for achieving all those goals.
That being said, CrossFit Beaufort is happy to announce we will be doing a 6 week nutrition challenge under the supervision of our very own nutrition coach Nate Nowell. This challenge will run from April 10th-May21st. Everyone interested in participating must be available to attend their initial assessment and class instruction on Saturday, April 9th. Assessments will be done from 10am-11am, with a 1 hour class to follow.
The cost to participate in this challenge is $75 per person. For this cost following is a brief description of what you will be receiving throughout this 6 weeks.
---Pre and post body composition to consist of pictures, measurements, weight, height, age, BMI, and BMR. Arm/Leg Swings
($75 value itself)
---Introduction to the Zone Dietary Plan with individualized prescribed blocks specifically for your body.
---How to eat healthy on the go and weekly recipes to help along the way.
---Daily nutrition/workout journal on email to be completed daily and emailed to Nate weekly for his review and feedback.
---Email access directly to Nate Nowell for questions, concerns, problems, etc. with a response from him within 24 hours.
---Weekly challenge to earn bonus points.
