Great job everyone on 14.1... It was great to see those of you that got your first and maybe numerous more DU's.  Now its time to look forward to 14.2. Korey is predicting a ladder, so here you go.

3 Front Squats 115/73#
3 Box Jumps 20" for all
6 Front Squats
6 Box Jumps
9 etc...........
