Arm/Leg Swings

  5 Burpees
10 Good Mornings (pvc)
15 Grasshoppers
MOD (15:00 max)
Back Squat:
1X5 @ 75%, 1X3 @ 80%, 3X3 @ 85% rest 2:00 between sets
Notes: Percentage should be based off of your most recent 1RM Squat.
4 RFT (include rest time)
10 UB Front Squats @ 70%
Run 400m (max effort)
Rest 2:00 between rounds
