Today's WOD is courtesy of CrossFit Hyperformance

Our generations "Day that will live in infamy".  Most people still remember exactly what they were doing when the Twin Towers were hit.  Everyone's life changed that September morning.  Today we honor those that lost their lives in this cowardly attack and the brave men and women who risked their own life to save the lives of others.

Each Tower (North and South) had 110 floors.
110 weighted step-ups (L + R = 1)
partner holds a plank
switch as often as you like
then,
110 weighted step-ups (L + R = 1)
partner static hangs from pull-up station
switch as often as you like
