15 KB Swings (light)
10 Wall Squats
    
Back Squat:
1x5 @ 80%, 2x3 @ 85%, 3x1 @ 90%, 1x1 @ 95% – rest as needed.
          
WOD
3 RFT
10 Deadlifts @ 275/185#
50 Double-Unders
*Rest 10 minutes.
3 X ME UB Pullups – rest as needed.
