250m Row
10 Kipping Glides
10 Wall Squats

MOD
Front Squat
3-3-3-3-max reps
use 75-80% of your 1-rep max and complete
4 sets of 5 reps and then a final set of max reps

WOD
Conditioning

10:00 AMRAP of:
10 Push-Ups
20 Air Squats 
30 Sit-Ups     
Rx+ = 5 HSPU, 10 Pistols 5/5, 15 GHD’s

PMOD
6:00 AMRAP of:
6 Power Cleans (Festivus Game weights)
6 Bar Over Burpees
