So that there isn't any misunderstanding, please remember that unless you are a coach here at CrossFit Beaufort, please do not coach.  Encouraging an athlete through a WOD is appreciated and expected, coaching is not.  The only people authorized to coach are our current coaches and those athletes that are participating in our intern program.  As an athlete, if you are unsure of a movement after the MOD or WOD is explained, please direct your question(s) to one of the coaches, not a fellow athlete. Hopefully this will allow for a continued smooth operation of our Box.
