The Matt Davis Memorial is this Saturday and Sunday at the Anderson/Cohen Weightlifting Center in Savannah.  All females lift on Saturday and all males lift on Sunday! This is a great opportunity to watch some very talented lifters.

7 Power Cleans (135/93#)
7 Burpees
200 Meter Run

3×20 Weighted Ab-mat Sit-ups (anchor feet)
3×20 Back Extensions (weighted if needed)
