10 Wall Squats
5 Strict Pull-ups or Negatives

Sit in the bottom for :03 on 3rd rep
3 RFT of:
Run 400m
15 Snatches 75/53#
9 Handstand Push-ups
Rx+ =115/73# and Strict HSPU’s
