10 Shoulder Dislocates
10 Kipping Glides
10 Walking Lunge

12 AMRAP of:
 12 Swings (53/35#)
 12 OH Walking Lunges (25/10# plate)
 12 Push-ups
 12 OH Walking Lunges
For Rx+ use 70/53# ,45/25# plate & do HR Push-ups

Rest 2:00
Then 1:00 ME Burpees
