The 4:30 class is happy it's over!!

Arm/Leg Swings
2 rounds of:
50-100 Jump Rope Singles
10 DB Straight-leg Deadlifts
20 Box Step-ups
                       
Teams of two:
1600m  run
500 Singles (Rx+ = 200 DU’s)
150 Wall Ball Sit-ups (no partner ones)
100 Walking Lunge w/Med Ball
50 Med Ball Cleans
1600m  run
The run is done together and the reps on movements are split 50/50 with one person working at a time.
