PMOD
Practice Handstand Holds, Walks, Shoulder Touches, etc
or pick one of these:
HandStand Push-up
--5 sets of max unbroken reps, rest as needed between sets
--5 x 10 unbroken Strict, rest as needed between sets
  try and do reps or use less time than last week
