Eve's not use to working out in daylight, so she needs her shades!!

Arm/Leg Swings
2:00 in the bottom of a squat (soft back)
2 Rounds of:
10 DB Straight-leg Deadlifts
10 Wall Squats
50-100 Single Unders

Front Squat (15:00 CAP)
3-3-3-3-max reps
(same weight across all sets. 4 sets of 3 reps and one set of max reps, record your weight and max # of reps)
This is our first week at this rep scheme so add 5-10# over last week’s 5x5.


5 RFT of:
18 Calorie Row
12 DB Press (should be a challenging weight)
Rx+ = 6 Strict HSPU or 12 Kipping

Rest 2:00

5 RFT of:
250 Run
40 DU’s (scale to a number appropriate for your skill level)
10 Russian KB Swings 70/53# (if this is too light scale up to 20 reps)
