We haven't seen Pull-ups, T2B's or Thrusters!!!!
Any stretching / foam rolling you would like to do
There are only 7 rowers, so once you have warmed up and there is an open rower you may start.
(you do not
have to go all out)
Then hit some mobility and rest for 13.4
