Shoulder Dislocates
Good Mornings
Wall Squats

MOD (15:00 CAP)
Front Squat
5-5-5-5-5 (same weight across all sets)
Increase your weight over last week, 2 more weeks at this rep scheme

6 RFT of:
5 Deadlifts @ 50% of your one rep max
15 Ab-mat Sit-ups
20 Lateral Hops over your barbell
Rx+ = 70% and Toe2Bars
