Barbell for Boobs is October 26th!! 
Click on the link to the left to "Join" the CrossFit Beaufort Team and join in on the fundraising. If you don't want to join the team but would like to donate, you can choose to donate to the team or "click" on a team member's name and donate to their fundraising goal. The theme is "Amazing Grace" so we'll be doing the workout "Grace" which is 30 Clean and Jerks for time. You do not have to be member at CrossFit Beaufort or donate to join us on the 26th, but hey, it is a fundraiser, so let's raise some funds and have fun doing it.
