Festivus Games training this Saturday at 10:00 a.m.  Come join Coach Albert and learn/practice the movement standards, pacing and much more. This is for CFB members and non-members who are registered or sitting on the fence. All judges are encouraged to attend as least one of these sessions so you will have a better understanding of the movements on competition day.

Dead Lifts 185/123#
Wall Balls 20/14#
Shoulder Touches (scale to HS Hold for seconds)
